Summary

As the Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Value Added Resellers, SI, etc. You will also be building channel partners for TAC Security's Next Generation VM Product- ESOF while increasing channel sales across India and generating indirect business for TAC Security.

You will be expected to identify, onboard, enable & build strong, sustainable relationships with partners for TAC Security while taking the business to the next level & meet the defined channel sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer / Partner facing activities
  • Responsible for business and activities in a dedicated region to a group of key partners and distributors
  • Identify partner prospects and recruit, develop, and manage the partners.
  • Meet with senior decision-makers of the partner to identify projects and sell TAC Security products while identifying and involve other decision influencing departments like sales, finance, marketing, and consulting.
  • Work with sales and marketing of the Channel Partners to identify and develop new business and cross-sell.
  • Meet / exceed sales targets according to the sales strategy. Develop and track business and marketing plans with the partners.
  • Represent TAC Security in trade fairs and other events with ace presentation skills.
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with key supporting functions (Customer Care, Sales Admin, Product Management, Pre-Sales) between TAC Security and the partner.
  • Resolve conflicts arising with and between partners by negotiating with partner, customer, and internal representatives.
  • Internal relationships
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts from the partners and get aligned with the Direct Touch sales
  • Identify requirements and engage Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Direct Touch to provide support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
